Challenge:
Highlight a new product feature that improves business outcomes within a comprehensive digital experience management solution. Sentiment enables IT teams to identify user experience issues and take prescriptive, targeted actions that improve employee productivity, satisfaction, service quality, and overall business performance.
Communication Strategy:
Gradient icons align with brand standards and are paired with a complementary headline. The headlines are structured in three parts: the action required by IT, the user’s emotion, and the resulting impact on the user or system.
Solution:
We adapted a concept originally developed a year earlier to align with the new Sentiment feature. The use of emojis was expanded to better reflect the product experience and its outcomes.
