A CREATIVE DIRECTOR, DESIGNER, PUBLISHER, & SPEAKER.
I specialize in translating brand strategies into innovative and impactful creative ideas. With over 20 years of hands-on experience, I've led diverse creative teams through visual deconstruction, reinterpretation, and storytelling across technology, hospitality, entertainment, gaming, automotive, and sports.
Currently, I hold the position of Creative Director Global Brand & Creative Services at Riverbed Technology, where I lead the in-house creative services team that drives strategic creative initiatives in collaboration with agency partners. Riverbed specializes in data transformation, delivering a seamless digital experience in the B2B tech sector. During my tenure at Caesars Entertainment, I played a pivotal role in our remarkable growth from a team of 20 to over 80 members. Leading the in-house creative agency team of 18 professionals, I fostered an award-winning in-house creative department. Managing over 15+ hospitality brands that represented over 50+ global hotel properties and dozens of individual sub-brands, my efforts led to improved operational efficiency, agility, and effectiveness to drive business priorities.
My journey also took me to Credit One, where I expanded my digital collaboration horizons. Here, I spearheaded all tier 1 campaigns and crafted the creative design strategy for the newly formed Digital Innovation team.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I am passionate about using my creative talents to make a positive impact. In my spare time, I share insights with design students at the University of Nevada, The College of Southern Nevada, the Arts Institute, and LVCCLD. On the business front, I provide consulting services to restaurants, entertainment ventures, and business startups. In the world of arts and culture, I’ve curated automotive and cultural content for events and network television.
Lastly, I’d like to share a bit about my family life. I reside in Las Vegas with my wife, Nikki, and our beloved dog named Phoebe.
