Plan. Team alignment on the project goal, marketing strategy, creative platform and budget. Establish roles and responsibilities, confirm shoot dates and image usage rights.
Pre-Production. Create the photography art direction deck and shot list. Confirm photographer, talent, dates and crew for shoot.
Shoot. Provide photoshoot art direction and guidance on site, manage hourly/daily schedule and communicate objectives to the talent and crew.
Post-Production. Review and select final images for clients, provide image retouching direction and facilitate image distribution for marketing communication.
